At Stellost, every order is made with care, and most products are custom-printed just for you. Once you place an order, our processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Since each product is made-on-order, we are unable to modify or cancel an order after 3 days from the time of purchase. After production, we ship throughout the United States using standard delivery services. Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you don’t see a tracking email, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting us at stellost26@gmail.com. It’s important to ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as Stellost is not responsible for lost items or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you may request a reshipment, but additional shipping fees may apply.

 

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we ask that you first check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office. If it still hasn’t shown up after a couple of days, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help, although we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered. If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please email us at stellost26@gmail.com or contact  us using the chat  within 25 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer either a free reprint or a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping). There is no need to return the damaged product.

 

Please be aware that slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) or small packaging differences may occur and are not considered defects. This is standard for custom printed and direct-to-garment (DTG) products.
