Refund & Return Policy

🛍️ 1. Order Cancellation

You have 3 days (72 hours) from the time your order is placed to cancel it for any reason. To cancel, please contact us via email at stellost26@gmail.com or use the chat in the bottom right corner button and send your order number with the product name. To find the order number click your profile on top then click My orders and find the order you would like to cancel and send us the order number a refund will be issued within 3-5 Business days. Once our production team begins processing your item, cancellation is no longer possible .

🛒 2. Custom-Made Items & No Returns for Fit or Preference

Each product is custom-produced upon order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Selecting the wrong size

• Picking the wrong color

• “Changed-my-mind” requests

🛠️ 3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you’re entitled to a free reorder or a full refund, provided you:

1. Contact us within 25 days of delivery via Email or Chat

2. Include a clear photo showing the issue.

   You are not required to ship the defective item back.

• ⚠️ NOTE If multiple items are affected, please include one photo or video showing them all together.

💸 4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.

🚚 5. Lost or Unsuccessful Delivery

If your package fails due to an incorrect address, you may choose either:

• A reorder (you cover a reshipment fee depending on the item), or

• A partial refund equal to the product’s cost

🎨 6. Print Alignment Tolerance

For DTG (direct-to-garment) items, print placement may vary slightly—up to a 0.5″ tolerance—and such discrepancies are not considered defects.

🚫 7. What’s Not Covered

• Cancellations past the 3-day window or after processing starts

• Returns for size/color preference or change of mind

• Minor DTG misalignments within 0.5″

• Failed deliveries due to buyer address errors
